This tiny house is totally off-grid meaning no electric or water bill. Lil blue is designed for maximum power-efficiency with a propane on-demand water heater, a propane cooktop, and a DC-powered refrigerator.

A ceiling fan keeps the home cool on warm days. All the comforts of home while being kind to the environment. SSPP is paid if you want to connect to the the grid – electric poles are at the street.
